Deardorff Hulling and Dehydration

Deardorff Hulling & Dehydration is a small family farming operation that has been serving the central valley for almost thirty years. Focusing mostly on hulling and dehydrating; Deardorff Hulling & Dehydration has hulled and dried more than 12 million pounds of walnuts. In 2010/2011 we ventured into drying almonds and had a very successful year in drying just over 5 million pounds.
